For the third year in a row, the “Culture Online” award brings together projects of cultural institutions that uses online technologies and the latest IT tools, which serve as a potent driver for the development of cultural institutions.
Yuri Bashmet – violist, conductor, People’s Artist of the USSR and the Russian Federation, is the chairman of the Expert Council. The jury also includes Sergey Mikhailov, TASS director general; Marina Loshak, director of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts; Mikhail Bryzgalov, director general of the Russian National Museum of Music, honored worker of arts of the Russian Federation; Polina Bondareva, director general of MASTERS school and founder of NFT-art platform Masters Digital; and Alexander Tsypkin, writer, author of several bestsellers, scriptwriter, founder of the literary and theatrical project “UnprinTSYpled Readings.”
The jury’s main objective is to evaluate projects of various formats: virtual tours, exhibitions, master classes and lectures, films, concerts and performances, and find those that meet the specified topic of the Award – implementation of advanced IT tools and the Internet.

The Special Prize of the Russian Cultural Foundation will be awarded this year – the Russian Cultural Foundation will choose the winner in this nomination among all the projects submitted for the Award
