This educational project stands at the intersection of folk art, ethnography, and history through the story of Stepan the Dyer from the Karmak artisan families.

The authors explore the formation of folk craft centers in the Middle Urals and the transmission of skills between generations. The project introduces features of disappearing objects, customs, and phenomena, including tools, household items, and agricultural practices reflecting peasant culture and folk traditions. The project targets young audiences, their families, and educators involved in teaching folk arts industries. It is implemented through social networks and the TILDA platform with lessons on painting techniques, master classes, and entertainment content about offline events.
