Vasily Polenov. Teacher and Students

Specialists from “Rostelecom,” in collaboration with leading journalists, bloggers, and art historians from major national art galleries, developed a series of video lectures dedicated to the life and work of Vasily Polenov and his prominent students, including Isaac Levitan, Konstantin Korovin, Sergey Vinogradov, Ilya Repin, Abram Arkhipov, and Alexander Golovin. These presentations, broadcast via online platforms, aim to introduce young people to the richness and grandeur of Russian cultural heritage. The project was launched as part of the Year of the Teacher and Mentor and continued into the Year of the Family, emphasizing the teacher's and mentor's role in shaping personalities and transmitting family values and cultural heritage. The project presentations took place in the Central Federal District and the Far East, attracting students, teachers, and prominent figures, including Natalia Polenova and key “Rostelecom” experts.
