The Kronstadt Palace of Culture presents the Muses Were Did Not Fall Silent... online program. It is dedicated to the feat of the people of culture and art during the Siege of Leningrad.

Online concert was created for the 77th anniversary of the full liberation of Leningrad from the Siege by the Nazi.

There is an old saying: "When guns speak, muses fall silent." This statement was proven to be absolutely wrong in the times of the Great Patriotic War. The muses did not fall silent - instead, they became the most powerful weapon against the enemies.

The feat of cultural workers of besieged Leningrad has become one of the symbols of courage and fortitude of its defenders. The program presents unique documentary material and video episodes of the wartime concerts.
