Author's video blog about culture was released in the Primorsky Cultural Center of St. Petersburg in the spring of 2020, when all cultural events were forced to go online.
The first episodes were devoted only to cultural online projects: selections of online resources where you can create and develop oneself, as well as that-time trendy challenges with hand washing, pillow dresses and #изоизоляция (#izoisolation) art challenge where famous paintings were recreated.
However, even after the restrictions were lifted, the KultObzor has not lost its relevance. Nadezhda Kozlyuk, shiny and energetic hostess, managed to create a recognizable image of the program, make it unique and viewable. Videos are regularly posted on the social networks of the Primorsky Cultural Center.
More than 45 videos have been released since the project was started, more than 120,000 online viewers watched them — it is almost impossible to achieve such a coverage in offline mode. Each video is no longer than 10 minutes, which is convenient for viewers.
